Perfectly grilled Red Snapper served on roasted rosemary Majesty purple potatoes and complemented with sweet peas Bonne Femme. Finished with a decadent truffle beurre blanc and a sprinkle of pistachio gremolata. 

 

Feature Entrée – Filet Tips Marsala 37.9

Tender pan-seared filet mignon tips, cooked in our signature Marsala sauce, then served over a bed of creamy Yukon Gold mashed potatoes. Finished with a generous topping of shaved Parmesan, fresh basil, and crispy onion frizzet.
