Our Wine

Welcome to JACE Cellars

At SoNapa Grille, we've spent nearly two decades dedicated to discovering and sharing the very best wines from Sonoma County and Napa Valley. Along that journey, we've had the privilege of meeting incredible growers, vintners, and winemakers. Yet it took almost 20 years to find the right partner to help bring our own wine dream to life.

That partner is Doug Hackett, a talented winemaker whose commitment to quality and craftsmanship perfectly aligns with our own philosophy of hospitality. Together, we created JACE Cellars—named after Joe, Adam, Chris, and Eddie, business partners, but more importantly, lifelong friends who share a passion for great wine, great food, and bringing people together.

Why Pine Mountain?

JACE Cellars sources fruit from the Pine Mountain-Cloverdale Peak AVA, one of Sonoma County's most distinctive mountain appellations. Vineyards sit between 2,200 and 2,500 feet above sea level, where warm sunny days, cool mountain nights, and volcanic soils create wines with remarkable concentration, balance, and elegance.

These are not mass-produced wines. They are handcrafted, limited-production bottlings that reflect both the unique character of Pine Mountain and the friendships that inspired their creation.

The JACE Story

JACE Cellars is the culmination of years spent building relationships, studying wine country, and pursuing excellence. It represents four friends who built SoNapa Grille around a shared belief that wine should tell a story, create connections, and bring people together.

When guests enjoy a glass of JACE, they're tasting more than wine. They're experiencing the culmination of a twenty-year journey, the character of one of the world's most prestigious mountain appellations, and the passion of a team committed to delivering memorable hospitality—one glass at a time.

JACE Cellars: Friendship. Craftsmanship. Taste-Toast-Together
