Large Parties & Private Dining
SoNapa Grille welcomes large parties, celebrations and private events. To provide the best possible experience for your group and for all of our guests, the following policies apply at all SoNapa Grille locations.
Large Party Dining
Parties of 16 or more guests are required to select one of our prix fixe menus. Large parties may be accommodated in one of our designated large-party dining areas without reserving the entire room, subject to availability.
Rehearsal Dinners & Wedding Receptions
All rehearsal dinners and wedding receptions require exclusive use of the designated large-party dining area. Because these celebrations often include speeches, toasts, presentations and other activities that may interrupt the dining experience of surrounding guests, these events cannot be booked as a standard large-party reservation.
Food & Beverage Minimums
Exclusive-use events are subject to a food and beverage minimum based on the location, day of the week, season and anticipated demand. We do not charge a separate room rental fee.
Deposit Policy
A deposit of $10 per guest is required at the time of booking through Tock for parties of 9 or more. Upon arrival of your party, the deposit will be refunded to the original payment method on file.
Guest Count & Cancellations
A final guest count must be provided at least 48 hours prior to the reservation. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the reservation.
Gratuity
A 20% gratuity will be added to the final bill.
