How do I know if this is a good business for my area?
SoNapa was created with a vision for being the neighborhood wine bar and as such can be opened with a small investment. Other wine bars require investments many times higher, for a similar type experience that provided by SoNapa. Our upscale but casual environment provides a friendly and welcoming home away from home that many clients stop by a couple of times a week to have a glass of wine and catch up with friends so our market is quite different from the traditional bar market. By the same token, liquor stores and mega stores are not our competition as our retail wine come from either members or those who were enjoying wine in the wine bar. SoNapa enjoys a unique place in the hearts of our clients as a neighborhood meeting place and casual place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine.

What is the royalty fee?

The royalty fee covers the ongoing support services that you will receive as a SoNapa franchisee, as well as entitling you to the use of the SoNapa service marks, proprietary business system and marketing assistance. The royalty fee is a six percent of gross sales.

How much money can I make with a SoNapa franchise?
The Federal Trade Commission regulates what SoNapa is allowed to disclose to potential franchisees. As you proceed through the process of purchasing your SoNapa business, you will receive the Franchise Disclosure Document that details more about the business opportunity.
