The efforts of franchising are going well. We are in the final phase of negotiating our first franchise to be located in the Pavilion at Port Orange. This is the project under construction on the west side of I-95. Keeping our fingers crossed that this deal will materialize.

End of the Summer Wine Tasting
When: Thursday August 13th 6:30pm-7:30pm
Cost: $5.00

Taste a mix of the top five varietals from Napa Valley & Sonoma County - Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir & Red Zinfandel

Black & Blue Dinner Party
When: Sunday August 23rd 6:30 pm till….
Attire: Black shirt and blue jeans.
Cost: $45 per person, limit to 25 people, RSVP required

Entertainment is Blue Man Group with striking multimedia images, vaudeville-inspired stage antics and primal drummings in a black atmosphere.

This will be a Five Course Meal with five wines centered on the Black & Blue theme.  Expect exotic dishes that will contain black and/or blue ingredients

MENU UPDATES
The response to our Kobe Beef sliders has been positive. This item has been added to our appetizer main menu. Our culinary experts are constantly looking for new menu items, capturing trends in the industry.

ADAMS WINE TIP OF THE MONTH

What’s the proper temperature to store wine?
You may have heard to store red wine at room temperature. That came from Europe where the average room temperature is between 65-68 degrees. White wine should be chilled between 45-52 degrees.

How long does opened wine last?
Wine, similar to food, should be consumed within 3 days of opening. Anything after that and your wines flavor profile will begin to change. Red wine even turns to vinegar after just 3 days. Remember to always cork your leftovers and refrigerate whether white or red.

Myth
It has been said that wine gets better with age. However, 90% of all wines bottled are meant to be consumed within 3 years.

UPDATE ON SONAPA FRANCHISING

To reiterate what we mentioned above, we are in the final stages of negotiatons for our first franchie to be located in the Pavilion at Port Orange. As listed in previous newsletters, we are legal to sell franchises in 31states which are listed below. 

The sales leads primarily come from our web site, Franchise.com and FranchiseGator.com. The SoNapa franchise fee is $25K with an expected build-out of $175K, for a total investment of $200K.
